Transferring your data outside of the European Economic Area (EEA)

We use services from Google LLC, with its seat in 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States of America (further only “Google”). Data including your personal information are put into Google’s software and stored on their servers in the United States of America. This means your personal data is transferred outside of the European Union, namely to the United States of America.

We would like to inform you that GDPR allows transferring of personal data to third countries outside of the European Union provided, among other conditions, that the European Commission decided that this third countries ensures an adequate level of protection. According to the Adequacy decision of the European Commission, the United States of America are a country that provides an adequate level of protection through the Privacy Shield framework that was adopted on July 12, 2016. The Google company assures that, when transferring personal data from the European Union to third countries, it fulfills the conditions of legal frameworks that ensure a level of protection equivalent to the legal requirements of the European Union, including the Privacy Shield framework.
